Associate Partner (f/m/d) Freelance basis
Location: Nationwide / DACH region
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independent acquisition of new clients and development of long term partnerships
- Autonomous advisory support for clients in filling leadership positions
- Independent identification and placement of qualified executives for search mandates
- Full ownership of the entire selection process, from identification and aptitude assessment through to successful placement
- Professional representation of NELEX AG at your location, across all client and candidate interactions as well as at networking and industry events
- Focus on your business while we take care of administrative tasks, marketing and technical infrastructure

(Senior) Principal Consultant / Partner — Executive Search (f/m/d)
Location: Cologne
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business development: You independently acquire new clients and projects, applying the classic one third fee model
- Client advisory: You provide autonomous consulting support to clients in filling leadership positions
- Project management: You take ownership of demanding executive search projects and lead an agile consulting team
- Executive search: You independently identify and place qualified executives for search mandates and take full responsibility for the entire selection process, from identification and aptitude assessment through to successful placement
- Business development: You contribute to the further scaling of NELEX AG

YOUR PROFILE
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in executive search, or extensive leadership experience in industry combined with executive search expertise and a proven track record
- A strong network or established reputation with clients in the mid-market or in our specific sectors
- Strong communication skills and business development experience, enabling you to deliver first class consulting services and acquire new clients on the basis of the classic one third fee model
- An entrepreneurial mindset to drive the expansion and scaling of NELEX AG
- A genuine passion for both digitalisation and disruptive technologies as well as C-level and management recruiting
- A confident personality who brings innovative perspectives, thinks in solutions and wants to actively shape the future of NELEX AG as a team player
- Excellent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
