NELEX AG MOVES INTO COLOGNE'S KRANHAUS 1

Cologne, 28 March 2019 - The time has come: On 1 March 2019, the executive search boutique NELEX AG moved into its new offices in the Cologne Kranhaus. "It was important for us to find rooms that match our innovative DNA," says Karsten Berge, founder and CEO of NELEX AG. This was perfectly achieved with the crane buildings in Cologne. The buildings, which are located on the site of the old Rheinauhafen harbour, have quickly developed into a landmark of Cologne due to their architecture reminiscent of harbour cranes. In 2010, after their final completion, they were awarded the Cologne Architecture Prize. "With their eye-catching design, the Kranhäuser stand for innovation and transparency. They also create a link between tradition and modernity," says Berge.  

On an area of 314 square metres, the personnel consultancy NELEX, which specialises in technology and digitisation, will find its new home in Kranhaus 1. "Our aim is to bring companies together with the best specialists and managers from the technology and digital environment. To achieve this, we are rethinking personnel consulting. To be successful here, a perfect working environment is crucial," says the NELEX founder.

He was particularly impressed from the outset by the combination of the shape based on traditional models and the ultra-modern office architecture of the crane buildings. "With our personnel consultancy, we assist many companies in their search for experts who can do just that: To support the company in its further development into a digital future without losing sight of the company's tradition," says Berge.
