  • Associate Partner (m/f/x) at the Cologne location or nationwide

    Your area of responsibility:

    • You are an experienced executive search consultant with a focus on IT/ digitalisation/ technology
    • You acquire new clients for your existing clients and build up and expand a long-term and sustainably successful relationship
    • You advise your clients according to your industry and topic focus in the filling of senior specialist and management positions
    • You identify potential candidates for your consulting projects, conduct structured interviews with them and are responsible for the entire selection and presentation process up to the successful placement with your clients.
    • You represent NELEX AG to your clients or candidates and are valued by them as an adequate and qualified discussion partner.

    Your qualification:

    • You come from industry and also have at least two years' experience as an executive search recruiter or can look back on a career of at least eight years in executive search
    • You have a resilient customer and contact network in the field of senior professionals and managers
    • You are communicative, outgoing and your resilient network and sales experience qualify you to be a first-class consultant
    • You have a strong entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset and, as an independent HR consultant, you are also a team player within NELEX AG
    • You have many years of experience within the IT and digitalisation sector or from another technology environment
    • You are a self-confident, authentic personality who can convince and steer your candidates and clients
    • You have a fluent command of German and fluent English, both written and spoken
