We also increase the chances of success in finding the right fit between companies and candidates by using the latest diagnostic tools such as "360° eProfiling" from our partner Profiles International when testing candidates on customer request. As a result, we are able to guarantee a minimum employment period of 12 months – That is a quality promise unique on the market.
In order to be able to implement this way of working, we rely on modern software/technology, e.g. from Silicon Valley – to accelerate standard processes in identification, research and candidate selection. This frees our experienced consultants from time-consuming routine processes and creates more freedom for the qualitative core of our business: personal dialogues in our Executive Search. We believe that AI and software tools can add value for our customers through targeted engagement. But we do not give technology undue priority: It is there to support the excellent performance of our consultants.
All the process steps, contacts and know-how in our company are completely transparent to all consultants. We integrate our clients into this transparency using corresponding IT tools. That way you can always inspect the progress and speed up projects.
At least four consultants work on a project at the same time: They all contribute their know-how about the market, candidates and processes. Our consultants work very closely together: From the first day on, you will receive a joint briefing and closely coordinate the approach while the consultants pool their knowledge and their networks to benefit you as a client.
